Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what steps she will take to incentivise the implementation of shared decision making across Integrated Care Systems.

The Health and Care Act 2022 removed legislative barriers to joint decision-making by allowing specific National Health Service bodies to establish joint committees with local authorities, combined authorities and certain NHS bodies to exercise functions, including decision making.
