The £1.4m investment has been pledged by TransPennine Express to provide improved customer facilities including brand new toilets, waiting room and additional high quality retail units for Hull Paragon station. In addition the Franchisee will also be providing an additional facility in the form of a customer information point, bringing back into use a currently redundant part of the station. The full £1.4m will be spent in the 2017/18 financial year.
