Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, whether she plans to make water companies statutory consultees in the planning system.

As the hon. Member is aware, the government does not plan to make water companies statutory consultees in the planning system.
