Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many applications (a) received, (b) accepted and (c) refused for UK visas have referred to rights under Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights in each of the last three years.

To answer this question would involve individual scrutiny of every application within the period. This would incur disproportionate cost.
