Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what proportion of knife seizures resulted in an arrest in the last 12 months for which figures are available.

It is a matter for the police to record the outcomes of their operations to tackle knife crime, including arrests and weapons seizures. The Home Office does not hold this information.
