Question to the Department for International Trade:

To ask the Secretary of State for International Trade, whether the Government has undertaken an audit of the compliance with World Trade Organisation rules of UK legislation relating to (a) health, (b) the environment, (c) waste management and (d) fisheries.

The UK is a founding Member of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) and implements its obligations under the WTO Agreements.
