Question to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, what estimate she has made of the number of complaints to the Information Commissioner on the sharing of sensitive personal data in each year since 2010.

Complaints raised and dealt with by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in respect of data protection, data sharing and nuisance calls are published in the ICO’s annual reports which can be found on its website at https://ico.org.uk/about-the-ico/our-information/annual-reports/
