Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what recent assessment she has made of the adequacy of guidelines available to GPs on offering bridging prescriptions to transgender patients while they await specialist treatment.

A recent assessment has not been made. The General Medical Council has made information available for general practitioners on offering bridging prescriptions to adult transgender patients.
