Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, on what basis and in accordance with what criteria funds from the Empowerment Fund will be allocated.

The Empowerment Fund is in the early stages of development. Details of the Fund will be announced in Parliament in due course.
