Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what progress her Department has made on recovering public funds from personal protective equipment (PPE) suppliers that delivered faulty PPE to public bodies.
This question was answered on 9th November 2022
At the end of March 2022, the Department was resolving disputes for 176 contracts with an aggregate value at risk of £2.6 billion. Information for the first quarter of 2022/23 will be available shortly.
