Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, if his Department will hold discussions with business representatives on steps to reduce the additional costs on low income consumers as highlighted in the report published by End Child Poverty, Feeling the Pinch.

The Government announced at the Autumn Statement that it will bring forward a green paper in Spring 2017 that will closely examine markets which are not working fairly for consumers.
