Question to the Department for Exiting the European Union :
To ask the Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union, what estimate he has made of the total cost to his Department of appealing the High Court decision in the case of R Miller and Dos Santos v the Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union in the Supreme Court; and if he will make a statement.
