Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 20 January 2017 to Question 60337, if he will make it his policy to publish in full the advice provided to him by Chris Gibb; and if he will make a statement.

Chris Gibb has provided advice to the Secretary of State. This advice is of a technical nature and the Department is currently working through it so we can improve the railway for passengers.
