Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, whether his Department has notified other Government departments of the Advertising Standards Authority’s (ASA) ruling on his Department's breach of ASA rules related to paid-for newspaper articles on the Government's Levelling Up programme.

We will be sharing the ASA recommendations with the Government Communications Service.
