Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what recent estimate her Department has made of the proportion of GP appointments conducted face-to-face in (a) York and (b) York Central constituency in (i) the past 12 months and (ii) 2013.
No specific estimate has been made as this information is not collected in the format requested. However, in the twelve months to August 2022, there were 10 million general practice appointments in the NHS Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care System area, excluding COVID-19 vaccinations, of which 67.5% were conducted face-to-face.
