Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, what assessment he has made of the potential impact of the phasing of business rates on businesses paying (a) more and (b) less after the re-evaluation.

The Government is currently assessing the responses to its consultation on transitional arrangements for the 2023 revaluation and will respond in due course.
