To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what the timescale is for NHS Protect's investigation into the conduct of Phil Morley while he was Chief Executive of the Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust.

NHS Protect's investigation into this matter is ongoing and it is not possible to provide a timescale for its conclusion whilst lines of enquiry continue to be pursued.
