Following the signing of the Executive Order on 27 January, the Foreign Secretary engaged senior contacts in the US Administration, and the Home Secretary spoke with her US counterpart, in order to clarify that all British passport holders remain welcome to travel to the United States, and the Executive Order will make no difference to any British passport-holder, irrespective of their country of birth or whether they hold another passport.
