HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) carries out a range of activities in relation to tax credits, tax avoidance and the enforcement of the National Minimum Wage.

The Government does not hold information in the format requested, and so this could only be provided at disproportionate cost.

The Department for Work and Pensions is responsible for benefit fraud prosecutions.
