Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what discussions he has had with his Ukrainian counterpart on the work of that country's Anti-Corruption Bureau.

In my conversations with my Ukrainian counterpart I have made clear the British Government's strong support for the country's reform efforts, including the steps it is taking to tackle corruption. The United Kingdom has provided practical support to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), including in the areas of IT and provision of training, and expert advice to support NABU's development of an effective external communications strategy.
