Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, how many cases within the planning inspectorate are currently waiting for a Planning Inspector to be assigned to the case.
This question was answered on 24th October 2022
As at 19 October 2022 The Planning Inspectorate have 7,097 valid appeal cases not currently assigned to an inspector.
