Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, if she will provide a breakdown of the payments made by her Department to PA Consulting Services Ltd on 12 July 2022; and publish the (i) contracts to which those payments are associated and (ii) details of the process by which those contracts were agreed.

One payment was made by the Department to PA Consulting Services Ltd on 12 July 2022 of £576,000, including £96,000 VAT. The contract relating to this payment is available at the following link:

This contract was called off from a Crown Commercial Service framework agreement RM6187, which involved a mini-competition where suppliers on the framework received a tender for the work.
