Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what discussions he has had with mobile network operators on (a) digital infrastructure and inclusion and (b) reform of the Electronic Communications Code since 7 May 2015.

No such discussions have taken place. All mobile network operators were invited to respond to our call for evidence on improving mobile communications to UK rail passengers.
