Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what distributional analysis his Department has carried out on the public sector pay cap; and if he will place in the Library a copy of that analysis.

It is the responsibility of the relevant departments to consider how to distribute the funds available for their annual pay awards.
