Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether his Department plans to review the National Rail Conditions of Travel to ensure compliance with consumer protection laws.
This question was answered on 6th March 2017
The Secretary of State has an approval role under the Ticketing and Settlement Agreement for changes to the National Rail Conditions of Travel.
The Rail Delivery Group is responsible for the management of the National Rail Conditions of Travel and it is for them to propose changes to the Secretary of State for approval.
