The Department for International Trade works closely with a wide range of departments at ministerial and official-level to ensure the UK’s trade policy is coherent and consistent.

Negotiating future trade deals will require a whole of Government approach and formal procedures are being put in place to ensure departments will be actively engaged in the process.
