Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to the Answer of 9 February 2017 to Question 63167, what the capital asset value is of those NHS Property Services' properties that are currently classified as (a) vacant and (b) non-vacant.

Pursuant to the response given to Question 63167, the capital asset value of NHS Property Services’ properties that are classified as vacant is shown in the following table. The Company classifies buildings as vacant when 90% or more of the building’s area is unused.
