Under the Housing (Right to Manage)(England) Regulations 2012 (RTM) the following notice proposals (applications) were served and accepted by local authorities thereby initiating the statutory process.

  • 2014 – No RTM proposal notices served.

  • 2015 – 3 RTM proposal notices served and accepted by local authorities; 2 by the London Borough of Southwark; and 1 by the London Borough of Enfield

  • 2016 – 3 RTM proposal notices served and accepted by local authorities; 1 each from the London Boroughs of Lambeth, Southwark and Barking and Dagenham.

These regulations cover England only.
