Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what mechanisms are used to measure the effect of social value on Government contract outcomes.

The Department of Culture, Media and Sport, in partnership with a panel of social value experts from outside government, has recently conducted a review to assess the impact of the Public Services (Social Value) Act on public procurement. This review will be published in due course.
