Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many applications for reviews of eligibility under the Pharmacy Access Scheme have been made by pharmacies in each parliamentary constituency in the UK; and how many applications (a) are being considered, (b) have been accepted and (c) have been rejected in each constituency.

This data is not yet available. NHS England is still processing applications submitted for reviews of eligibility.
