The Department does not hold details of the number of contracts covered by TUPE Regulations and information is not held on this matter for the Department’s arms-length bodies.

Contracts are created using standard terms and conditions which generally contain clauses that relate to TUPE and, amongst other things, place obligations on the supplier to provide information and to cooperate with the Department during any transfer of services.
