The Government has published a consultation on the £300 million discretionary relief scheme announced at the Spring Budget 2017. The consultation sets out a proposed allocation methodology and indicative allocations for individual billing authorities. The consultation is available at:

https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/discretionary-business-rates-relief-scheme

The additional support for businesses losing small business rate relief and the new discount for pubs will be available to all eligible businesses in each billing authority.
