Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 13 October to Question 59776 on Immigration: Applications, whether he plans to monitor the time taken to process 3C applications.

All applications are monitored against the Service Level Agreement of the specific immigration route, regardless of whether the applicant does or does not hold 3C leave.
