Road Traffic Offences: Sentencing

Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, when he plans to publish feedback from the consultation into driving offences and penalties relating to causing death or serious injury that closed on 1 February 2017.
This question was answered on 29th June 2017
The consultation on driving offences and penalties issued by the previous government closed on 1 February. The government is now considering the consultation responses. Any announcement will be made in due course.
