Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, whether NHS continuing health care is means-tested at clinical commissioning group level.

Eligibility for NHS Continuing Healthcare is not means-tested.
NHS Continuing Healthcare is a complete package of ongoing care arranged and funded solely by the National Health Service, where it has been assessed that the individual has a ‘primary health need’.
