Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether it is the responsibility of (a) the contractor or (b) the landlord to cover the cost of landlord insurance under the Compass system.

Responsibility for landlord insurance is a matter for the Service Providers to address via their individual arrangements with their Sub-Contractors and/or Landlords.
