To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, when his Department plans to publish its response to its call for evidence on extending the remit of the Groceries Code Adjudicator.

We are planning to publish the Government response to the Call for Evidence on extending the Groceries Code Adjudicator’s remit in the autumn.
