Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, if he will devolve powers to local authorities on determining the type of voting system used in local elections.
This question was answered on 21st July 2015
There are no plans to devolve such powers.
