To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, when he plans to publish revised Terms of Reference for the Low Pay Commission.

On 8 July the Government published the 2015 remit for the Low Pay Commission, which sets out their role in relation to the National Living Wage and the National Minimum Wage rates. A copy of the remit can be found on the GOV.UK website
