Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, which local authorities operate selective or additional licensing schemes under the terms of the Housing Act 2004.

The Department does not collect data on the number of additional and selective licensing schemes operated by local authorities.
