Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, if he will make an estimate of the number of local authorities that will issue section 114 notices in the next 12 months.

I refer my Hon Friend to the answer given to Question HL604 on 11 December 2023 and to the written statement made on 18 December 2023 entitled Local Government Finance Update (HCWS148).
