Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many victims of domestic violence have been registered with the Child Maintenance Service in each year since that Service's creation; and how many of those people have paid fees to the Child Maintenance Service.

Information on the number of applications which have fee exemptions for reasons of domestic violence are published on Table 3 of the Child Maintenance Service Experimental Statistics, which contains data up until November 2016. The publication can be accessed online at:
