I can assure you that the Government, via our High Commission in Yaoundé, is closely following the situation in the North West and South West regions of Cameroon. We are engaged with the Government of Cameroon and will continue to raise concerns with them. Our High Commissioner has spoken to President Biya urging him to find a resolution to these issues in order to return to normality as soon as possible. We are also engaged with a number of international partners who share our aim of seeing a peaceful resolution to this situation as soon as possible.
