Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, if he will make it his policy to implement the reforms to the Welsh justice system proposed in the Report of the Commission on Justice in Wales published in October 2019.

Whilst the UK Government disagrees with the Commission’s principal recommendation that justice should be devolved to Wales, we are working with the Welsh Government to consider other recommendations that might be taken forward.
