Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, what assessment he has made of the potential for Business Relief and Agricultural Property Relief on Inheritance Tax to be used as loopholes to avoid paying the appropriate inheritance tax on assets.

As with all taxes, the Government keeps agricultural property relief and business property relief under review.
