Question to the Scotland Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland, what assessment his Department has made of the potential effect of provisions in the Great Repeal Bill on Scotland's devolved competencies.

As the Prime Minister has made clear, it is the expectation of the Government that the outcome of this process will be a significant increase in the decision making power of each devolved administration.
