Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what his planned timetable is for the publication of an updated iteration of the Rail Network Enhancements Pipeline.

We are rightly taking the proper time to review the rail enhancements portfolio and ensure that the schemes within it reflect the priorities of the government. We will review the RNEP update, including the timeframe for publication, following the Autumn Statement in November.
