Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, which open banking models have allowed people in financial need to share their income with HMRC in order to fast-track their applications for new welfare entitlements; and when were those models trialled.

The department does not use open banking, nor is it aware of information about open banking models that have allowed people in financial need to share their income with HMRC.
