Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what meetings his Department has had with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) on inspections by CQC of local authorities' commissioning of care services.

While there has been some discussion between Departmental officials and the Care Quality Commission about inspection of local authorities’ commissioning, there have been no specific meetings on this topic during 2015.
