Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Answer of 7 July 2015 to Question 4550, what estimate his Department made of the (a) cost and (b) timescale of work needing to be carried out on the Elstree Tunnels prior to his approval of the planning application for the Radlett Strategic Rail Freight Terminal.
